• How much are additional email credits?
  STARTER plan: 6 cents per email. LITE plan: 5 cents per email. GROWTH plan: 4 cents. PRO plan 3 cents.
  
• Why is there a price difference for subscription when paying monthly compared to paying annually?
  Paying annually allows for less administration work compared to paying monthly and we can pass on those credits to our clients who pay us annually.
  
• Can I upgrade my plan at any time?
  Yes, you can upgrade your subscription plan at any time. 
  
• How can I renew my subscription?
  If you are paying your subscription monthly using your credit card, the system automatically renews your subscription, so you don’t need to do anything. If you are paying your subscription yearly, we will send you a reminder for it.
  
• Do system emails and automated emails come out of my monthly email allowance?
  No. Only the newsletter email campaigns you manually create are counted.
