1: Accessing the Insights Page
- Log in as an Admin on your Alumnly site.
- Navigate to Directory > Insights.
- Click on the relevant insight page.
Here, you’ll find detailed reports on alumni connections, events engagements, fundraising efforts, news, and other analytics allowing you to track engagement and plan outreach activities effectively.
2: Alumni Connection Insights
The Alumni Connection Insights report provides valuable data on how alumni are networking within your platform.
Key Features:
- View Networking Activity – See which alumni are making connections and how many connections they have.
- Sort & Filter Data – Sort by alumni name or number of connections to find the most engaged members.
- Export & Save Lists – Select specific alumni and save or export the list for event planning or targeted outreach.
- View Individual Connections – Click on an alumnus to see who they are connected with.

- Organise networking events by inviting alumni who are actively connecting with others.
- Recognise alumni who may need more encouragement to engage with the community.
3: Fundraising Statistics
The Fundraising Statistics report helps you track donations and fundraiser performance, ensuring you can maximise fundraising efforts.
Key Features:
- View Alumni Donors – Get a list of alumni who have contributed to fundraisers.
- Sort by Donation Amount – Identify top donors and track donation trends.
- Filter by Fundraiser Name, Donor Name, and Amount – Easily find relevant donation data.
- Identify External Donors – Donations may come from both alumni and external supporters, such as parents or school community members. These external donations appear under the "Widget Donation" column.
- View Alumni Profiles & Donation History – Click on an alumni profile to see their past donations and the fundraisers they’ve contributed to.
