Step 1:   Accessing School Information Settings

  1. Log in as an Admin on your Alumnly site.
  2. Navigate to Site Settings > School Information.

Here, you’ll find the tools you need to customise your platform with your school’s branding and key details.

Step 2:   Updating School Details

Under the School Details section, you can update essential information, including:

  1. School Email
  2. Website
  3. Phone Number
  4. Location Details
  5. Social Details – Facebook, LinkedIn, and others

To ensure a professional and consistent look, make sure these details are accurate and up to date.

Step 3:   Customising Your Branding

  1. Upload Your School Logo – This will appear on the platform, reinforcing your institution’s identity.
  2. Upload a Profile Image – Add a profile image to enhance your alumni site’s visual appeal.
  3. Select Site Colors – Customise the color scheme to match your institution’s branding.
  4. Link Your Social Media Pages – Improve engagement by connecting your alumni with your institution’s official social channels.

Once you’ve made these changes, click the 'Save' button to apply and update your site.

Step 4:   Personalising the Alumni Landing Page

Now, let’s make your Alumni Landing Page more engaging!

  1. Update the Landing Page Image – Choose an image that represents your institution’s community and spirit.
  2. Customise the Welcome Text – Add a personalised message to greet alumni and encourage engagement.
  3. Edit Icons Text – Tailor the content to showcase your institution’s unique identity and values.

Once done, click the 'Save' button to apply your updates.
